1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
Prism Printing & Digital Centre provides printing, copying, digital design, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains content we deem inappropriate or offensive.
3. Orders and Approvals
All orders must be submitted with clear specifications and approved files.
Customers are responsible for proofreading and approving all content before printing.
Once an order has been approved and sent to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Prism Printing & Digital Centre is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files or content approved by the customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins, depending on the order.
We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, and other methods as indicated at the time of purchase.

Prism Printing & Digital Centre is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect colour profiles, or improperly set up files.
We may charge a fee for file setup or corrections required before printing.
8. Colour Accuracy
While we strive for colour accuracy, variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products due to differences in monitor calibration, paper stock, and printing processes.
Colour matching is not guaranteed unless a colour-managed proof is requested and approved in advance.
9. Pickup, Delivery, and Returns
Completed orders are available for pickup at our location.
Delivery options may be available at an additional cost.
Due to the custom nature of printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders unless there is a verified production error on our part.
Claims for defective or incorrect orders must be made within 5 business days of pickup or delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prism Printing & Digital Centre's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Governing Law
